Fd Rx-7 sounds like it’s missing

Fd Rx-7 sounds like it’s missing

Hey, I have a S8 fd rx7 and it sounds like a vacuum leak but I dont know. Revs go up and down and sounds horrible. When you hold it at 5k its perfectly fine as soon it comes down drops to 800 goes up to 1100 and keeps fluctuating. Cars bone stock with a pod filter. Ill try add a video below. Hoping for some help as I have no idea whats going on. Thanks much appreciated

search for "idle hunting" as this is what your problem is called

Appreciate that but my concern is when I press the clutch in it idles fine when I leave the clutch it starts to idle hunt

is the clutch switch good, they fail all the time

When I unplug the clutch switch then press the clutch in it doesn’t do anything just continues to idle hunt.
