Brakes locking up

I recently did complete brake service on stock system on a FD. While testing, the brakes locked up mid way through and would not release. Anybody have a idea what went wrong?

Can you describe in a little more detail what the "complete brake service" consisted of?

I agree we need more info,
I just changed rotors and made the mistake of putting the rear caliper pins in the wrong way (one is marked L and one G, L goes in the bottom G goes in the top) and the rear calipers would not release.

New rotors, new lines, and rebuilt calipers. It was happening before the service, I can't figure it out!

Master cylinder not releasing properly, or a proportioning valve problem. When you say locking up, do you mean all 4 wheels at the same time, fronts only, rears only?

Have you verified your brake pedal is adjusted properly so it's not forcing pressure on the master cylinder (MC) piston while your foot is not on it? There is a page in the FSM on adjusting the mechanisms which interact with the MC piston.

Do you have the springs installed properly for the brake pads?

Everything is installed properly. I just took it for another test drive and it was fine. Once I parked it, the pedal was hard with no movement. Started it up, put it in gear and all brakes locked car didn't move! The brakes loosen up after a few hours.
