Benefits of Removing A/C

Sorry if this is a noobish question but why remove a/c besides weight savings?

I saw much improved cooling when I got rid of my A/C condenser. Of course now when it is hot enough to need that improved cooling, I don't want to drive it because of the no A/C thing.

Removing the A/C compresser will give you more air with less restriction to the radiator, Not a whole lot of space in the engine bay but anough to stick a hand, And last but not least a whopping 5whp from removing the A/C belt

oh and the weigh reduction aswell

benefits:
removes weight from your car
removes weight from YOU ( on those hot summer days)
less drive train loss (negligable, one less pully)
more room in engine bay
cooler engine temps
probly some more

the benefits are very small when your looking at removing individual components, BUT everything adds up in the end...
