Aprox. price of 13b rebuild?? Help me make rebuild cheaper.

I have an 88 TII. Runs really strong still. Never been Overheated nor past 12 psi.

Been getting a couple of hints that its time to ovehaul the engine.

1. Smokes on heavy/aggressive engine braking. Higher rpms mainly.
2. Smokes in between gear. This is only on WOT. Racing through gears.
3. HArd to start when hot. Floods

I have heard that some people can rebuild these enignes for about 400-500 dollars. Is this true? Can it be done?

NOw I know that a full gasket kit is about 200$ (this is a must for any rebuild)

What about the rotors. What seals can be bypassed?

Ok. Does this sound like a descent parts list for the block only. Help me out if I'm Missing any items. Or had some that dont need to be replaced 100% of the time.

6 apex seals
6 apex seal springs (12 for 86+ 2mm seals)
1 engine gasket set
12 side seals
12 side seal springs
12 corner seals (I think this should be 6)
12 corner seal springs
8 oil seals
8 oil seal o-rings
8 oil seal springs (note you can substitute competition ones)
1 front main seal
1 rear main seal
1 thermopellet

How much does this go for?

Remember that the engine is getting rebuilt good enough to last with the housings.
Not trying to buy 100% of everything.

Main point is to buy the minimal required parts for the block. Assuming that the engine is in perfect running conditions.
