13b ae86 corolla

I accquired an 84' ae86 (rwd toyota corolla) for $70. The body is orange and very very good condition. I have an s4 n/a engine that came out of my vert, I was planning on rebuilding it and dropping it in there. I've looked high and low for some, if any info on this swap. I know it's been done many times over and I want to see if any of you know where I could get some info. I was planning on making it carb'd, what should I go about buying for a nice ignition setup? I'm planning on using my n/a transmission due to the tunnel space of the corolla, I've heard it can hold about 200hp, any of you know how much it can hold first hand? This will be a streetlegal race car (I live in FL, no emissions) so it will be gutted to the max. The car weighs 2240lbs with auto, ac, seats everything, I'm hoping to get it down to 2000lbs. If any of you know some info on the subject, let me get ahold of it (please). I'll buy a camera here soon so I can do a writeup on it, for all the young-spirit'd people like myself.

Try Aerodyne Industries in Garden Groove, CA. 714-539-5400. They had one in their booth at Sevenstock 7.

You're wasting your time.
The GTS rear end is weak, so it's going to let go; I can't imagine what an SR5 rear end is like...
The brakes are nasty, and going faster just gets you into trouble.

I jsut finished a 1986 SR5 with a stock 12A..
You have plany of room but have to be real carefull with the power steering.

The GTS rear is ok..but a good clutch and sticky tires will break it..
You can use a 1979-1981 supra rear end assembly..its fits ferfect except for the diagonal stabalizer bar...which needs to be lengthend about 3 inches..
..

I will attach a pic
