Zoom in and you can see H3 marked on the base of the bulb. I also replaced the connector from the '99 with a new one that matches the 93-95 body side connector to make it OEM.

Mana Evaporator Side Threaded Sealing Caps (22 x 1.5 and 16 x 1.5) - $10. Have 9 extra sets of these since I had to buy in bulk. Great to protect the threads and evaporator from contaminants when you've removed all the AC components from the engine bay but left the evaporator under the dash.
