It's pretty much like ebay correct? How do you figure our the time remaining?!?! It's like 10000 something-or-others. lol Mostly credible people on there? Do many/any understand english? How about shipping to North America, where/how can I find out if they do (or do I have to contact them individually)...

Thanks!

99.999 percent of the auctions do not ship international. there are companies that will bid for you and ship but they charge a not so nominal fee.

these guys will bid for you,

Basically you have to be in Japan to get things (easily) from Yahoo Japan. I know you have to have a Japanese credit (maybe debit) card to set up an account because you are charged fees to will go to the card. I have been trying to get my wife to get a card so she can get an account. Right now I use one of my good Japanese buds to order and then I throw some cash his way. Besides that, everything I have ordered from the site has been top notch, ie; wheels, transmissions, diffs, aero, you name it. Shipping to another country is expensive from Japan.

Shipping cost from Japan to the U.S?

Anyone have an idea how much it would cost to ship a 30 lb package from Japan to the U.S.?

Not including packaging fee's if there are any, and being shipped from the Tokyo region here are the costs.

Size is also an issue.

H must be 1.5 meters or less.

H+(L+W)x2= 3 meters or less.

EMS(Express Mail Service) Traceable 18,400yen
3 -5days mainland USA

Surface Mail 8,150 yen
About 2 months

Airmail 21,450 yen
San Francisco 8 days
Chicago 5 days
New York 7 days
Los Angeles 6 days

Economy Airmail 15,350 yen
San FranciscoAbout 2 weeks
ChicagoAbout 2 weeks
New YorkAbout 2 weeks
Los AngelesAbout 2 weeks

I hope that makes sense. Sidesteps, wings, lips (unless 2 pc), etc are usually to large to ship.
