Okinawa Rotaries
As the title says. All you rotorheads, owners, enthusiasts, etc..
I just moved into the Island. I will be living on kinser for the next few years and I had to sell my FD before heading this way. I'm looking on buying an FB/FC (the only thing i'll be able to take back with me) and meet the local wankels aorund here. Hit me up. PM me or email me directly. I don't know how you guys do it around here but we used to have a tight group back in NC.

does he have a black gtr? I saw a primer black GTR on IPAC on camp kinser.
hey 87, wich one do you have? Ive seen so far 3 white FDs around here. I got tailgated by a blue one, and a black one sitting on a parking lot.
I'm trying to find out the rumor that there is one year in teh FD that you CAN import without having to do the DOT modifications before TMOing it. anyone got feedback on this?

I have a black FD
and a dark green ( looks black ) Cosmo.
As far as i know, the only FD you can take back to the states would be a LHD one. The Registered importers do not count the RHD FD as "substantially similar" to a LHD version. And once they know it is RHD, most dont want to deal with them. Just a few more years and you can bring back FC's and Cosmos.
2011 you can bring back 1986 and older cars with out any problems.

that cosmo is just plain gorgeous bro... congrats.
Funny... I have a whole 99spec setup coming on my TMO shipping with no FD to put on . lol.
I will be shipping back to the states on 2014. I'm looking around for a healthy FC. Trust me man, If i knew it was possible, i'd take an r32 back no problem... but ive heard its a pain in the **** and not worth it.
If I ever get my hands on anything worth riding on, I'll let you know. Right now i picked up a 97 corolla II for the commuting to and from work.

Yeah I can't do an FD. can't bring it back.. and if that's the case, i'd be cheaper to buy one stateside than all the BS and fees and peperwork to move an FD from here...
I'm keeping my eyes for a clean stock trueno. now that I can move no problem back w me...
btw I saw an orange RX-3 on 58 today. BADASS

I just parted my single turbo FD at the Kinser Hobby Shop. There are tons of FD's running around but, FC/SA's will be hard to come by (at least a solid example). However, there are not too many guys that do much with their cars expect race up and down the main roads. I am leaving for Tokyo in the morning but, you can hit me with your phone number and I'll BS all day about how much I had rotaries!

I'm on Kadena, I'd love to help you out. Buuuuuuuut
My FD just blew an apex seal, so it's over at Haro motors getting fixed (too damn lazy to do it myself).
If you're willing to give me a ride, I'd love to help
