I ended up selling my RX7 for 6,000 yen to an auction house. Someone should've at least made an offer it seems like a waste. If this wasn't Japan, I would kick myself in the nuts and cut up my man card for that but I can just buy it back again for another 6,000 yen when the time comes (or 600,000 yen).

Well, if you let me know you were gonna let it go for that cheap, I'd have been more interested. Living on base sucks. Only two vehicles allowed. :/

Godsquadmandrake: I am pretty sure you made a typo, if you really sold your fd for 6000 yen then you should be kicked in the nuts. hahaha

I just posted the black FD I had on Yahoo and got 200,000 yen which was about 50,000 less than I wanted but still not a loss. Plus I snagged the ohlins coilovers, titanium muffler, and front and rear diffusers off it before selling it.

I am still debating if I will do a container or not. With Japan2LA now missing in action I may consider sending a container of engines but I am still thinking about it.

Please do just PM me!! What would something like that run me shipped to 96319?

Also, yes fellow rotary in Misawa. I do not think we have met as I just got my FD. Many, many lessons to learn. If you know of any other rotary guys in the area we could start a local club? We had a scoobie club back home and it was always fun to meet up, drink a few, and bullshit about cars.

If you are not going to buy from someone already there, and leaving, then I think you have a few options:

- Look up the Iwakuni Car club on Facebook (I don't facebook). I'm sure you will meet someone that can show you how/where to acquire the car you want.
- I forget the name of the shop, but here is an example of a local shop that can help you acquire a specific car.
JPN?TOURS ? GTR Garage
- Or, go out the front gate and tell Kaz exactly what you want. She can find it.

I'm jealous you're in Iwakuni!

Car club is looking for one, a few dealerships are looking and I have also talked with kaaz. I was hoping some one might know someone who was personally selling one so I could avoid dealing with a dealership.
