Metal piece that connects front bumper and fenders issue.
These are from a 1988
So anyone ever get this (Top bar)?
******* bolts snapped of trying to take them off. :/
So I devised a plan and took some action (Bottom bar).
You need,
2 5/8 sockets (or 16mm)
Hammer
If you click the picture it will show you a video of me pounding the bolts out.
But now I'm faced with another issue. How am I going to keep the the bolts
from spinning when I try to put the fender on or even off in the future? I don't have a welder nor do I know anyone that does.

Put a bolt and washer together.
Place the threaded part in Through the hole( to look like the original steel Piece with all 3 bolts on)).
Now,NUT the bolt onto the Steel piece.Tighten onto the steel piece.
..Trick:.now FILE the nut until it is rounded.( like the Old bolt collar that you pounded out.)
If the holes are bigger than the bolt WITH a nut on,then use a thin washer to make sure the bolt doesn't go through the steel piece.
