Alright,

So here's a few shots of the bungs installed in there and cleaned up from the inside.

Looks good, I don't think you'll have much issue with that setup.

I'd recommend an intake heat shield though, it helps quite a lot with intake air temps. Should also keep the heat off the bungs. Make one out of Thin aluminum plate, it bends easy and polishes up nice. Cheap to get scrap from a local welding shop.

That is the plan, I just bought the bolts that fit into the Racing beat lower manifold. I would like to close it up as much as possible. I was also considering putting some ceramic wool insulation inbetween there since i have a ton left from my mufflers.

I'm trying to make this fuel rail look as good as possible, but at the moment I'm not thinking in a very creative way.

Look like it turned out well, and saved you from having to recoat it. Stripping PC really really sucks.

Well got the fuel rail done, along with all the hardware to mount it. Pictures will be up later on. I must admit the fuel rail came out better than I thought. I didn't know what to do with the bottom part so I just left it as is. It's kinda crude but work I guess .,

Well its not fully finalized yet, but there's what it looks like now. I might get the rail polished. Also the heat shield will be wearing some of DEI's (Reflect a Gold) product for better heat reflection.

here's a couple more shots of the heat shield with the "reflect a gold" on it now.

Thanks for the compliments.

For that price though of the heat shield, I would rather grab some of my ceramic wool and stuff it in there. Here's a video that I made of that ceramic wool that I have. Rated up to 2300*F. I have held it on my hand also with the propape torch running on top of it and there's pretty much no heat transfer what so ever. I bought a 50 sq/ft of it for 60$. I could wrap some around the headers and then retain it in with header wrap I suppose.
