Hi all , I am going to attempt to fabricate a custom upper manifold for a PP motor I'm building . I have checked all over the internet but I cannot find what I want to use ,namely a pair of long radius schedule 40 aluminum elbows and a pair of 3" I.D. velocity stacks , can anyone direct me to a source for these ? I plan on using the "D" shaped plenum material from Ross Machine.

maybe be more specific, by long radius do you mean 8" or 36"? You also did not make it clear what diameter you want for them, are we to assume 3" based on your latter comment? I don't know where you will get a 3" ID air horn since most are based on tubing OD sizes. A 3.5" bellmouth from Vibrant has about a 3.25" ID. If you're going to tie it into a 3" sch. 40 pipe fitting then it will have enough thickness to grind-blend it in.

I'm really surprised this place hasn't been mentioned yet. I've probably ordered a few thousand worth of supplies from them by now. Always good & easy to deal with even though I'm in Canada.
