Anyway, really hope you can make the trip to Denmark... I am sure we could use a extra hand for the 4 hr enduro.

10(ld)7 is alive, I gave her a little coughsyrup into each chamber, Ignition, Fuelpump and then hit the starterbutton. She jumped right to life, Finally...some ressurection. It idles kindda rough and around 2000 rpm, thats fair considering the carb is jetted for P-Port and even with the Supertrapp its friggin loud
Ofcourse there are a few other things to be solved, like jetting the Weber, replacing the brake master cylinder and clutch cylinder(crispy rubbers) get vinyls made for it and paint all the small spots that was forgotten the first time
All should be done before Friday when Its going to the Danish Fastest Car event for the whole weekend, I wont be racing it, its just for show and to please the sponsor, maybe even attract some more to the team.
Ill get some video soon...

Last weekend, Erik(teammate) and I went to The Yearly dragrace/showcar event in DK, to promote his shop and our racecars.
Judging from the interest in our cars and pictures taken, I guess it was a success.
I allmost scored another sponsor, but when I returned to his stand he was no where to be seen
Pics from our stand, I spent a whole weekend answering the same 10 questions over and over again, but it was great anyways.

Ha ha there is also a few pics of an old furry Trabi, it was kindda cool as it had a dvd player showing hardcore **** 24/7

Update:
I got to drive the car today. after installing new brake mastercylinder and clutch slave-do I took it for a spin down the street
It sure feels powerfull with its low gears and rearend, no biggie just took it for a shakedown test on gauges and brakes.
We will go to an old AirForce base and break-in the motor and stuff on the 24th this month.

Ok back from the testday.
Man did we really break that engine
Due to a spun rotorbearing i only got a few laps in it, but it felt nice and strong and all temps and pressure were within the limits.
Whoever says that a raceclutch is streetable needs to try a dual plate 185mm Tilton Sintermetal clutch Man that thing is like an electric switch, its either on or off
Oliver will order new parts for the rebuild this week.
We need Racebearings, and this time they will be mounted with setscrews, as according to the Factory Competetion Preparation Manual(say that really fast 5 times), no more spun bearings in this beerkeg.
Also we decided to take a try on making Peripheral Port rotorhousings, that should be fun

Nice to see you are keeping up with your project.
I do not know much (if any) about P ports, but isn't this kind of big?
What hp are you planning to reach with this setup?

The diameter of the hole is 58mm, the tube insert i need to make for it will have an inside dia. of 51mm, the same as the carburettor bore.
Im pretty confident that it should make around 300hp with the 51mm Weber IDA.
Currently im waiting for an E-shaft and we need to fill the intake in the endplates with some kind of filler. Im hoping it will be ready before X-mas.

Getting closer to the actual motorbuild.
I made a manifold.
http://www.wankelkim.net/rx7/fb/ppmanifold.JPG
And also locked the distributor at zero split.
http://www.wankelkim.net/rx7/fb/distlock.jpg
I took the p-port pics off my site as they were too large.
Then I lost them all when my harddisk took a **** and died.
Pics are here though.

Made some portchokes just incase the 51mm port doesnt have velocity to properly fill the intake cycle.
Inner dia. is 45mm, pretty close to MFR size
