Well, someone will be very happy with your temper, Ace... the guy who sells the drives probable doesn't even dare to dream of clients who punch their DVD/CD-rom drives, destroying them in the process, and then buying new ones...

Well, its OK, I went to Exell in Bruckere, and bought the Philips 48x CDR/REW, and also the LG 16x DVDROM, for a total of 149E. Not a bad deal anyway......
For a moment I thought about buying a Plextor DVD-R/REW (399Euro), but I dont need a DVD-R, and I just want to make my PC complete, I dont want to spend money just like that......
I also wanted a pair of football shoes for grass pitch. Aparently, Belgians dont know or dont care about football that much, because I looked in about 10 stores with sports shoes, and I found just ONE pair of shoes for football (and its for plastic, not for grass). I didnt have any choice, so I bought it, but damn......Bart, is it like this all over Belgium, because if it is, MAN do you need some new hobbies FAST

Another hijack:
what do you guys think of this FD:
http://www.whs-online.de/gallery/bau...baumann_p.html
Translation of the most important facts:
car has been under construction/rebuild for the last two years. It is now painted 2002 Sunburst Yellow (I love that color, might be the color for my next Rex).
The car was a 1992 model (built late 91) FD, silver and in perfect condition prior to the rebuild (think about taking apart a perfect FD!), it is now rebuild as a 2002 model GTC-concept, Mazdaspeed.
*new paint
*new front window
*new seats
*new dash
*new struts Koni+Eibach
*new brakes
*GTC front end, fender flares (1880mm at the rear), GTC carbon wing
*New wheels Work VS-MX from Japan, 315/35/18 at the rear, street legal in Switserland!!!
*shorter rear axle
*clutch and flywheel Mazdaspeed
*New engine, fine tuned
*New turbo's '98+ hi-flow spec (280hp, stock)
*Cosmo fuel pump+1380injectors
*Apex Power FC
*Greddy 3" exhaust system with 130mm chrome tip
*HKS free flow intake
*Greddy blow off valve, intercooler....
Still not completely ready...
Goal is about 450hp. Looks like that'll be possible with such specs! The owner decided to use a brand new engine as he felt the original one might not really survive such mods...
He thinks in about two months the car will be ready, the project has then taken 2.5 years. Won't ask about the price

Ace, where the **** in Belgium are you!!??? Beer is light, no shoes... Are you sure you are in Belgium?
I mean: we have plenty of beer, and football is VERY popular overhere (which doesn't mean we are any good, that ain't the same). If you can't find football shoes or strong beer, I'm starting to believe you are living in a very strange area of Brussels!?

I went to De Bruckere, which is the shopping center of Bruxelles. If you have ever been here, you should know the place: a street about 1km, with nothing but shops....
I went into numerous shoes stores, and I couldnt find ONE pair for grass pitch. Granted, there wasnt any specialized "sports shop", but come on.......in Greece, I could go to my neighborhood's shoes store and buy a decent pair for football or basketball
The main problem now is that I also need leggings and tape (because I have injured my right ankle twice, and I have had plastic surgery performed there), and of course I couldnt find anything like that. My best bet now would be the big GB in Demey, which I think has something like that....
As for the beers, I didnt say that your beers are light. I said that the Belgian beers that I have tasted were light. Since you mentioned a couple of brands with 10 and 12 degrees, I might as well try these out
And about the FD: nice car, it should be very fast, but:
a) I dont like yellow personally (maybe because the taxis in Athens are yellow ), and
b) if I were to do something like that, I would have tried to make the FD like the Spirit R, which is absolutely AWESOME

Must cost plenty to get those things. Easy parts is: if you know the numbers you can get them through the Mazdadealer! Who won't have a clue what you're talking about, but still ...
I really love that car
The guy sold his complete (stock) engine, turbo's and ECU aswell. Didn't ask too much, but I'm out of money since a few months

same server where i have rx7cz.net hosted u could have for FREE hosted any domain with 5GB/month limit for traffic, 500mb of webspace, unlimited emails (accessible both from web and pop3/smtp), ftp access, MYSQL, PHP and what not.....
if u have your onw server, u have to register domain (cost around $15 USD/year at some domain registrator)
if u want to have just some small stuff at rx7cz.net, u don`t need to register anything, i`ll give u @rx7cz.net email account, something.rx7cz.net subdomain with ftp access and thats it.....have still like 300 or more MB free)
But i u want to have big stuff there, it will be better to get own domain and have full 500mb for you...
email me if u are interested in either way, its free and i am not going to make anything from it, just trying to help you guys
