Need Autronic Sm2 Base Tuner

as title says i need some one to send me a base tune off parts based on the car
because Im new to the autronic and will be the new owner of this car so
the old motor same fuel and turbo parts car made 313 whp @ 12psi with a small street port then previous owner boosted 17psi and blew the motor and got a new rebuilt motor thats fresh but it needs a retune asap car runs hot wen not moving or when there is heavy load ports on this motor are way bigger then the old ones
well heres the parts list

-550cc primaries / 1600cc secondaries
-Racing Beat aluminum secondary fuel rail
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump
-fuel pressure regulator
-3 MSD 6A’s
-10mm spark plug wires

91’ JDM TII motor w/ 30k original mi, rebuilt w/ less than 2k mi:
Brand new rotor housings
Brand new middle housing
Brand new Rotors
New 2mm 2-piece apex seals
All seals replaced including new race FD corner springs
Custom streetported secondary intake ports
Racing Beat streetported primary intake and exhaust ports
RX-8 rear stationary gear
Thermal pellet
New water pump
Mazdatrix pulley set
-Greddy TD06SH Turbo Kit w/ Type R wastegate
-Greddy 3-row intercooler w/ full aluminum piping and intake elbow
-Blitz blowoff valve
-FD Alternator
-Flex-a-Lite electric fan
-4” Corksport Radiator (also have fluidyne)

looking to tune the car around 13psi

and any suggestions to the overheating problem would be great

motor is still fresh but over heats previous owner belives its because the car is in need of a retune becuase its running way lean due to bigger ports or its either because there not much free flow to the radiator due to having ac in the car and the condensor blocks flow

any help with be appreciated im new to rotarys and have friends that know them inside out but never heard of autronic and im buying this car because im getting it as a deal also i dont have the plug which goes from the laptop to the ecu atm installer of the autronic held on to it due to him being the tuner and didnt want other people to touch the tune after the complete installation and final tune

Cool; the SM2 is a great ECU. Your area's dealer is Izumi Racecraft -- (808) 371 0985. Contact them, if he can't help you because you are rotary, contact Enzo Racing. Here is Autronic's dealer list:

BTW, your overheating problem might be the installation of your radiator fan.

justin izumi does not tune rotary' engines he refuses to and how will a installation of the fan make the car over heat?

Then do as I said and call Enzo? No one can help you if you don't read the answers to your questions.

If it wasn't properly shrouded/installed, then it wouldn't be moving as much air as a stock fan. This could cause you to overheat.
