HKS Fcon PFC for TII need advise please!!

I got a HKS Fcon PFC from ebay and want to check if the correct Rom is in it!
Its marked E104, the seller said it was for S5 TII, but i just want to confirm this is right.
Also what exactly is this chip set up for, intake and exhaust? does it have a built in FCD?
Where do i connect the sensor?
