greddy e-manage ultimate on my setup... inputs?

hi guys!

so, i'm planning running a greddy e-manage ultimate in my s4 TII...

my future setup will be: greddy gauges for oil/watertemp, EGT, WidebandLambda, Oilpressure, Greddy E-manage ultimate, greddy profec e01 boostcontroller, Turbonetics T60 turbo, Greddy Manifold, HKS racing wastegate, 1000ccm secondarys from venom, Warlboro fuelpump, custommade V-mount, custommade reverse style hood, Koyo radiator, clutch (dont know yet what clutch)...

i wanna run the car with an greddy e-manage ultimate as you can see...

i KNOW, STANDALONE for the vote...
but i've never had a standalone myself, also here is nobody who knows about microtech or haltech...
i was tuning with different piggybackcontrollers, like SAFCII and boostcontrollers like profec e-01, AVC-R etc.

so, i WANNA go ultimate, standalone is no option for me at this time... (maybe later if i got my skills with the ultimate... step by step learning )

some questions on that setup...

are there any big deals with the ultimate to make it work with our 13BT's?
anything whats REALLY impossible to know about some special feature i need?

my goal is to have 300rwhp... how much boost you think i have to give to reach my goal?
i wanna leave the fuelsystem stock, so no paralell fuelsystem.. i think this would be enough?
do i have to retard the timing at the desired boostlevel? if yes, how much degrees?

please give me any input you have, every hint is a good hint

please dont say, go standalone, i WILL go standalone in 1 or 2 years if i know more then basic tuning with the ultimate...

thx guys
