In theroy it should fall somewhere between being assloads better than something like a AFR or AFC, but not being quiet as awesome as full standalone (haltech, wolf, pfc, motec, etc)
One nice thing about the e-manage is that it does most of its fuel changes on the back side of the ECU. In other words, it modifies the injector signals coming OUT of the ECU, not the AFM readings going into the ECU.
Its still a fuel computer bandaid setup, but a much better one than the typical s-afc etc...

Can someone let me know exactly what I would need to buy to use the e-manage besides a laptop. I've seen it for $299 or whatever but I know theres more stuff I have to buy right? Thanks.

So after reading this thread, i would like to know what is the diff between this and an apexi s-afc.
I've been trying to find more info from teh greddy site but its not a lot of info there... Can this computer adjust fuel according to boost pressure level.
Or does it alter fuel strictly on a RPM basis?
Thanks.

Hey Dude, the Emanage alters fuel delivery based on airflow signal. That means you alter how much air the computer thinks is going into the motor.

and you do not need the pressure sensor but its good to have and for only $38 its not that much of a deal

Well how well will I be able to control fuel with my setup using the s-afc(if you know)? I will have the 720s secondaries along with a catback and TID to go along with my mods in my sig. I will be tuning off an egt gauge until I decide to go to a dyno. I mean thinking about it...I can buy an s-afc for $290 new...use it until I need something more and sell it for prolly $200 at least. Whats your thoughts?
