F-Con and FCD Settings

F-Con and FCD Settings
I was wondering what you guys who have PFC F-Cons and Fuel Cut Defense have yours set at. And what exactly does changing the settings do to your fuel. For example, if you start from 0, what does the fuel do when you move the settings up? For both the F-Cons and the FCDs? I've had both in my 7 since I bought the car, but never changed the settings, because I really don't know what it would do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
