Question engine management options

well im looking at gettin an SAFC2 and an ACvR from Apex.

is there any advantage to other systems? like the Rtek, am i correct about hearing that they have a version now that is fully programable by the user?

if you guys can share your experiences with different systems that would be great. i have recently moved up from poor to broke and im finaly going to get my t2 swap underway after 2 long years.

just trying to get an idea of whats out there now, cause ive been away from the sport and lifestyle for awhile now. ive also heard from my 3rd jen buddy Jon Blanton that power fc with commanders have come down in price conciderably and they now offer patchin cables so there is no soldering required.

i appreciate all of yalls input!

chris

that is quite steep. my buddy was sayin that they had come dow to bout 700 bux, but i can see how the price is justified, cause they arnt makenem anymore.

i read somewhere that alot of the features both in the sacvr and safc2 are shared with the power fc is this true?

none so far,

but i will be running a street port engine, not sure about turbo size. i wanna get about 300 horses on 93 pump gas and 375 on 110 race fuel.

RB turbo back exhaust, 850 or 900 primary injectors, boaring out the primary fuel rail 20%,
koyo radd, FMIC. 255 walboro.

i don't know anything for sure. i have done a ton of research. adding injectors seems to be a safe way to get to the power your trying to get to. http://rx7.com/store/rx7/fcindex.html
has calculator for injector size and hp output. kgparts.com has a fuel setup thats hardcore. intercoolers greddy has a bolt on kit with everything you need. turbos get what you can afford. get a stand alone. one that your local tuner is good with. im shooting for 300-350 to the wheel and im going broke fast.

any reason you said haltec and didnt give any comparison?

is it no questions asked hands down the best?

im trying to keep my over head low, so im trying to stick with a piggy back controler.

iknow haltek is an ignition mod, but why not an edelbrok?

i just need some user feedback to justify the pros and cons
