hey guys/gals...

i just picked up a hks fcon to run my batty, but apparently it can't be tuned by anyone here in new zealand, so just wondering if anyone out knew how to tune it, or should i just sell it...

have done abit of research but i'm interested in what you's have to say in order to sort out which direction i should go with this...

any help is appreciated guys/gals...
