These knuckles require heim tierod ends and to be through bolted. What id heim are you going to use? I'm using the mazdatrix heims which are 14mm id. If you're using the same heims I can supply tierod mounts, gussets and hardware for $120 shipped.

Looks like a nice setup there, a couple questions/concerns/coments:

If I am not mistaken the Mazdatrix heim joints are tapered ball joint bolt just like stock (not unless they recently changed them), afterall they are knock offs of the Super*Now's. You would want a straight shank for proper fitment, will or can you provide the proper bolt for the heim joint?

Is this a service, ie send you the knuckles, or just the parts? Do you have steering angle numbers and pictures of them completed/on car?

Just a question/thought what about lowering the pick up point for bumpsteer adjustment? What about making the ball joint boss with a little larger wall thickness, and tapered would be nice

They are a 14mm id heim. Works with a 14mm bolt and the new tie rod points are 14mm id 3/4in od. Gusset is 3/16in. I can do thicker 1/4in
gussets for a little extra.

My spindles are going to be welded tomorrow. I just got the gussets waterjet cut today and they came out great (they are all exactly the same). I have a jig for each spindle and will accept cores to be modded
for ~ $375 + shipping to and from me. I may be able to sell them outright (no core) for $475 + shipping but I only have 1 set of spindles in stock and they are gonna be a spare set. I'll try to pick up more withing the month. (Prices are not set in stone.) I'll have pics of them on my car and will show the difference in angle when my new wheel bearings and wheels come in sometime next week.

Just a question/thought what about lowering the pick up point for bumpsteer adjustment? What about making the ball joint boss with a little larger wall thickness, and tapered would be nice
I could offer spacers of the same id/od as the sleeve for an extra charge. Bolts supplied are 100mm x 14mm 8.8 hardness and have plenty of length and threads to support bump steer adjustment. I'm going to use the ones that came with the mazdatrix angle kit. Not sure if I'm going to use the rack spacer as of yet, I'll have to see how the clearance is and if the wheel hits anything. As stated before the sleeve is 14mm id 3/4in od and has a gusset on one side and the spindle on the other, it "should" be plenty strong.

(Disclaimer: I have not done any testing on a real car with these yet. I don't have access to a running FC and mine won't be done till next spring. I'll have actual test results with them then. I'm sure they will hold up on my car with a 13b-re, GT40R and 500+hp.)

get em on and abuse them. try to break them.

last thing you want is to sell a bunch of them and have people start breaking in a couple months.

My car is not gonna get any track time until spring. I will however mod and install a set free of charge for someone local to get some track time on a set. My car still has the na motor and a blown 2nd gear and I'm not gonna endanger others on the street just to sell a couple spindles.

Btw, cost for a set of mine will be $200 + return postage($25) to mod yours or $330 for an already done set. They will be sandblasted, welded, primered and come with hardware to fit the Mazdatrix heims. I can also do wheel bearings, stock replacement or longer aftermarket studs for an extra price.

wow. didnt know this was your personal thread by invite only. exactly how is commenting on someones steering angle in a steering angle thread ruin the thread?

not to mention that the guy does deserve praise. going from never qualifying to the tandems to getting 4th with a busted trans is pretty impressive. kyle and justin both are doing really well so im going to give them props no matter what thread it is.

there will never be "anything" for the FD.you have to do it yourself. you can do what lindsay did on his.it is all the same idea. moving the pivot point closer to the knuckle.i have the tierods that seeltuned sells for the FD and i still want more, this is next.
