Experience.
If you can drive, than thats fine. I just know too many people who build 'drift' cars that look the part, but can't do the job. Thus they destroy them, and they end up in a junkyard....totaled.

^^^ I agree... How do you drift that 7 with it so low to the ground?!? From the pics, it looks like the tires would be scraping the frame!!
I don't know... Maybe i'm being a little too harsh, i mean the car looks great!!... I've just never been a fan of having a car lowered, especially to such a degree...

^^^WOW! Where do you drift?
Having a low car is a part of the game. Of course you dont have to but.....
You will scrape fender more than frame though (you scrape frame when you run bigger rims or tires or both or have more steering angle than stock). My old Corolla scraped frame and fender and I could drift just fine. Plus it looks BOSS when you are at full lock and smoke seeps from the fenders.
My whole thing is.... I dont care if it's pretty, I just want it to be bad ***. If you crash it just means you need more seat time so if it's tottalled ****** all the parts and put it on another shell and keep at it.

well for one, the car doesn't scrape the frame anywhere even at full lock because i made some clearance for it with a hammer. i pounded the inside of the fender well in all rubbing locations until i got no more rubbing. and if i get a little bit more rub ill pound it some more. in the pic the front has 225/45 but i switched it to a 215/40 for some more clearance. the back is going to be rolled as soon as i get all my adjustable links in which im being lazy on and their right here underneath my bed.
and i dont think its that low

Circa 2006 when i was getting started (car was already crashed, fell asleep at the wheel after work )
Had that car for about a year. LOTS of seat time, it was stock minus a clutch. Learned a whole shitload about drifting in it.
Last year, picked up this beast... 327whp... But had to sell it due to getting in trouble in it (see definition: Speeding damn being 19 and irresponsible).
I had to get rid of that like i stated above. I worked a deal out with my boss to drift an E36 M3 we had at work which i don't have any pics on my photobucket of... But thats what i'll be driving for now.
BUT, friend went to the Army so i just picked up his FC and next year in think im going to build it to drift... For now it's a daily driven ex drift ****...

This... Is freakin' rad.
Its the same direction Im taking my new one in. Super Low with wide wheels that work with it. Yes.
Thats pretty cool as well! Just needs spacers up front... But I'm sure at that height it does or would rub if they were wider or spaced.
