Aero stuff

Harness
Play with caster some
Exhaust setup

Oh, and gathering stuff for a huge change to the car later on in the year or in 2011 depending on how lazy i am.

I plan to rebuild my engine, rtek, learn how to tune, work more on suspension, and become a better driver/drifter...

What about you!

Get my car running after 3 years of it sitting and learn to drift lol.

ckykid02 01-04-10 06:06 PM

ckykid02 01-04-10 06:07 PM

I'm interested in this too.

ckykid02 01-04-10 06:36 PM

it was quite the experience. i found an s4 na pinout but didnt know which pins were which. then i found a list that listed what the pins were controlling or what they did. then i found the proper way to install the bee*r on an s4 t2. figured out what too hook it into on the t2 and basically transfered it to my na pinout. if this makes any sense. ive heard to wire it into the cas. i tried it numerous different way and cut the appropriate wire on the bee*r itself. nothing. while testing it i would rev to the preset limit point and the little light would flash and as soon as i hit the point where it should hit rev limit it would stay constant red and rev right through.

airquin23 01-05-10 02:14 AM

Goals this year...go T2. :)

drake87 01-05-10 05:55 PM

nightridaz777 01-06-10 01:22 AM

goals for this year are coils and jtp knuckle mod. the rest is plenty of seat time.

NoPistons! 01-06-10 03:48 AM

Coils and dtss elims are handy little items i dont regret buying.

Chock tires and 2 steelies onto my list. I plan to beat on the car alot once she's up soon. It calls for snow this week and working on the car without a heated garage is gonna suuuuuuck.

It's basically a stock replacement dampener with only 5 settings. What spring rates are you running? Try playing around with it a little and see what you like.

Lol. Could be a possibility he assumed the gymkhana drift line is faster than the grip line.

Turbo II Rotor 01-06-10 05:49 PM

He probably watches too much Initial D.

drake87 01-06-10 05:53 PM

no im saying an evo or sti would be able to go into a turn just as fast and not drift as i would have to be able to drift... well drift effectively haha

g14novak 01-07-10 02:00 AM

As bad as I feel for shattering your dreams, drifting is slower than gripping....
