so you guys know that my 20b fc is nearing completion. i really just wanted to throw down though and stop working on janky rotaries for a bit so i put a feeler out for an s13.

after a week with no reasonable responses for what suited my desires, my buddy called me asking if i wanted to buy his FD. all stock besides fmic and tein HT's. 0 miles motor.

my plan with this car was to just throw a cover over it and forget it exists till the fc is done but i want to drive so badly.. now im thinking i should just do some maintenance on it, make sure its capable of handling track days and driving the **** out of it.

what would you do?

p.s. its not really in great condition. has shitty mb battles on it. interior is somewhat haggard so its not really going to ever be a show stopper and i can only afford to focus my time, money and energy on one car.

Sold the lex in lieu of a Honda fit. VTAAAAAK also 40mpg is nice.

Still have Sonett and celica.
Go to school and you too can have a decent income.

 

What does the FD need?

 

Cleaning. Probably a weekend of changing vac lines. Clean injectors. Wall taps.

cant remember where i found the toys.. doesnt matter though cause the guy sold out.

the chick is this crazy and dumb armenian girl at my work that was all up on my nutz. i cant handle crazy or dumb so i ran.. stopped to take a breath and a drink of gatorade and ran some more. repeated this until i was on the other coast. then made a boat out of paper mache', paddled across the atlantic. stopped in france to eat some motherfucking french fries, then ran all the way to armenia. once i was there, i kidnapped her dad, took him to a farm where i tied him to a post. then i had a horse kick him in the junk in hopes that he could never produce another vile offspring. afterwards, i remembered i had like 18000 sky miles, so i just flew home.

moral of story? dont forget you have skymiles and dont mess with motherfucking armenians(i think that last part was reiterated in the move the italian job(modern version)) even if they are hot.

just found out that the drift event that was scheduled for this weekend has been postponed 1-2 weeks out. guess it means i better get wrenching.

i spent a day cleaning up the interior. traded the leather seats for some sweet cloth ones. interior looks respectable now.

brain is fried trying to figure out this thing.

 

so over the weekend i put some work into this thing. replaced a bunch of stuff. tried to start ti and nothing.. sounded like it was not a happy camper

monday replaced coil and now it runs but badly and very smoky.. probably has about 4 gallons of fuel in the motor. going to let it idle for a while today to see if i can get the fuel to clear out.

 

someone talk me into/out of going LSx and the future of this vehicle.

 

dont do it, actually the best thing you could do right now is just give it to me.
