Molding your own parts, especially big parts like bumpers is a PAIN. I gave up after making a roof wing. Seriously, it sounds super easy but after you spend hours shaving foam and refoaming and shaving more and laying fiberglass and sanding and bondo and sanding more and then trying to mold it and then use the mold to make more parts it gets really old.
I can't wait to blow up my skirts so I can order new ones. Couldn't find anyone to buy them.
Also, I think Sexy Style is available on RHD Japan

Molding your own parts, especially big parts like bumpers is a PAIN. especially trying to figure out the best way to make the flanges and the mounting tabs. Seriously, it sounds super easy but after you spend hours shaving foam and refoaming and shaving more and laying fiberglass and sanding and bondo and sanding more and then trying to mold it, the you realize you need to make a multi piece mold cuz the shape of everything cannot be done with a single mold. and ruining it because you didnt realize there was a few small holes you didnt get your pva or wax in, so your resin creates a nice bond between the mold and the plug. then you try to fix it but youre using home depot resin and you cannot get the correct amount of catalist in the resin matrix so it starts to either exotherm or it doesnt cure all the way. then you realize your mold looks like crap because you didnt get any gel coat cuz its expensive and you need to buy it from a composite store, so you end up trying to sand and paint the mold but there are so many inperfections that you spend the better part of 2 months trying to get it perfect and alot more money than it wouldve cost to buy the bodykit you wanted. and then use the mold to make more parts and after a handful of new parts made off the mold, you realize you need to bond the multi piece parts together causing more work and struggles to get them aligned perfect. and the mold starts to warp from the heat the resin matrix produces causing your mold to get messed up again because you didnt brace the mold enough and the fiberglass mold you made is only good for maybe 100 parts, so you need to fix it again. or start over. it gets really old. and is way too much work and more money than you wouldve spent just buying something already made.
obviously this is my opinion. but I did go to school for composites and do work in the carbon fiber research field.

making something for yourself that isnt availible might be worthwhile. Ive made a handful of things. but making something for production isnt worthwhile. If you want something that is a little different than what everyone else has then buy a kit. and add or change it. I just widened my 30mm front fenders to something like 80mm. I was also going to add somethings on my bn bodykit but decided its way too much work. anyway good luck. keep us updated on your progress if you decide to try it out.
edit: also you should make front fender that are wider than 30mm. the only dude that makes them is jtp. his are super nice though. he put alot of work into them. ALOT OF WORK.

Thanks man. I'm sticking with the factory blue thats on it. I just had it painted before 2 months before I deployed. Sat in a garage under a cover all of 2012. So I'm gonna stick with it, its practically brand new lol. But, I'm dropping the parts off in the morning to paint, and ordered tires today, should be in by thursday-friday. Keep you guys updated!
