OK... I need to lock down sponsors so that we could move on to print the T-shirts.

Printers need to know how many and what sponsors by mid to end of Jan.

So, I need help locking down the sponsors. If we can't get 6 sponsors, there will be no "free" lunch and we would need to charge additional $6-7 per person to get lunch.. Or everyone could pack their own lunch for this event.. LOL!

If you want to help, please contact your local vendors (Mazda dealerships, Rotary engine builders, etc) and let them know about this event..

T-shirts will go on same Start of New year.

How large is the print going to be?

 

Okay, I heard back from a few of the vendors I emailed for sponsorship. AutoRnd will not be able to this year but possibly interest'd in next year, Pineapple racing is considering and Shine is interested once they get their website online. Still waitin to hear from Pettit, FDNewbie, Rotaryshack, and A-spec. I will be sending letters to Malloy and Gotham tonight.

Just to be correct......... so far we have firm commitments from Respeed, Atkins and Speed for Sale correct

 

Also just sent emails to all the vendors on the rx8 forum that are not vendors here
