I could be wrong but aren't they among the lightest for their price before they were discontinued?

I can't wait until I get some Konig Rewinds. I'm getting a new front bumper/lip tomorrow, and I'm learning to weld, and I'm gonna start my battle with wheel well rust, and... and... and...

PS: brett, if the FC was all red, then it was RotarwPwr's from heights. I'm not sure what his real name is, in fact, I've never even met him.

But all y'all should be on www.winnipegheights.com if you really want to meet local 'Peggers.

That FD is FD3Steve's from Heights. I'm assuming his name is Steve.

anyone know what the fine is for not having a front license plate is here ?

I finally got my 89 vert here from Ontario and don't have the plate mounted on the front yet . I had a Shineauto half bumper installed (see pic) and have been driving around with it in the wndow until I fix the mounting bracket. Any MPI demerits for getting caught ? I still have Ontario plates and insurance but will be switching this month

If you have it in the window, they won't bug you. Just about everybody's had to do it at some point or another. I drove like that myself for the better part of a summer. and the other half I had it zip tied on the front so it would fold up and outta site after 20 MPH... never problems. Only time I've heard of somebody getting a hard time was when some riceboy put his plate BEHIND his tuner-mesh grill... They just told him to fix it and quit being an idiot... keep it like that as long as you want... but MIND THE DASH!!!

2 Tickets for no front license plate this summer(barely even drive my car). Same cop, some are picky. I think it was around 100bucks. I usually get pulled over alot but none really give this ticket usually just check it out and be on there way. told me it had to be on the farthest part of the front of the vehicle not on viser, not window on dash becuase its not secure, Going to court this time I probably look into more around then

I googled the manitoba traffic act and couldn't find the front plate requirement anywhere in the document , but its big and might have missed it . Do you get demerits with that or is just a fine like a red light camera?

I got a set I might let go of... still got tires on them with decent all season tread, although you shouldn't be driving that thing in the winter! They're in decent shape. nothing special. Freddy will have a bunch too....

Deep red 86 Rx-7 Corydon area.
Post a pic or two once I have a chance to clean it up. (Been driving out of town quite a bit and all this rain it just has not been worth it to give her some TLC yet.)

Real reason why I am posting is that I believe I have blown a water seal in the engine and am going to be pulling it off the road for 6 months to get work done. I tried calling Fred but as others have said he disconnected his phone line. I know he is some where in Saint Norbert off of Pembina but I am not that familiar with that area - can any one drop me his address via PM or at least point me to the nearest coss street? Thanks!

And so goes another Manitoba Summer

well this summer went by as fast as all the others, if only I could go a few more months in the vert...

Oh well time to put the car to bed for the winter....spring is but a lifetime away..perhaps I can paint it next year.....
