Either way.....I'd hit up a local Fix Auto - there's four:

Gloucester (613) 822-6338

Here's where it gets a tad complicated. They all deal with an aftermarket parts supplier/recycler named Keystone. Keystone does wheel refinishing among other things. You'll probably have to call the shop and explain what the deal is, and perhaps drop off the rim for the Keystone delivery guy to look at, they'll give you a quote from there.

I've dealt with a few different wheel repair guys and the biggest PITA is always shipping and finding a GOOD one. With this method, you can drop off and pick it up and they do good work. They actually are picking up my Volk GTP's next week to repair a dinged lip and strip the shitty old blue paint off them.

I'm sure there's other options.......but thats my take.
