Hey guys. I recently bought another jeep and i'm thinking of selling my fb. It has a few mods and comes with some extras. please give me some advice on what my asking price should be.

Its a red 1981 rx7. Base. 12a, 5speed with about 170mi on it. Ive had the car for about 3 years now and never had any major problems with it and its pretty fast for what it is. and i work for mazda so all maintenance parts are genuine mazda. heres a list of recent work and upgrades it has.

*ENGINE
-RB header
-full custom 2.5" exhaust
-RB powerpulse air cleaner
-2 new MSD blaster2 coils(1 month old)
-new battery and connectors+taylor batt kill switch(1 month old with warranty)
-full mazda tune up(last aug.)+comes with 2 new spare plugs
-installed freezeplugs in the intake coolant passages
-removed rats nest and emissions junk except the cat

*SUSPENSION & DRIVE
-new shocks(tokico blue)
-Energy Suspension poly bushings everywhere except swaybars(was gonna get better bars first)
-coilover sleve up front
-new seals and bearings in rear end
-new idler arm, balljoints and tierods
-13x7 cheviot hotwires with 205/60rear and 175/75 front (very period correct)
-studded hubs

*INTERIOR
-Interior has been gutted(important stuff still there)
-Integra seats
-MOMO 13" steering wheel
-fc stock shift ****
-alpine mp3 cd player
-jbl speakers

*EXTERIOR
-(looks shitty)paint is faded and has a few small spots that need attention and door gaps are wacky.
-underbody is near mint. ive done alot of work to this car and haven't ever broke a bolt yet
-new windshield (last sept)
-non pop up headlight conversion with 2 small circular lights per side in housings(not sure of brand but hard to find and look exotic)

*EXTRAS/NOT INSTALLED
-spare igniters (good to have with an fb)
-extra sparkplugs (mentioned above and also good to have with any rotary)
-RE Speed roll center spacers 2" (reduces bumpsteer when lowered)
-4x110 to 4x100 wheel adapters(gives you endless wheel options cuz nice 4x110 wheels are endangered).
-snow tires on stock rims (on now)
I'm sure im forgetting something smoewhere. i'll add if I remember anything else.

oh and i forgot to mention that this was my dd up until monday so it runs and drives great and is very reliable.

 

Some pics would help. Bad paint and wonky door alignment would tend to be a serious downgrade on value, although the rest sounds good.

800 is what i paid for it.

A buddy of mine said he'll give me $700 for it.. i think i might as well take it.

 

i'll give you a 2000 ford taurus with 201xxxkm on it.

 

I actually already sold it for the $700 but the new owner recently ran into some legal trouble and needs to sell it again.

He said he would consider trading for your Taurus if it's a 3.0 in it. He thinks it'll be easier to sell and a more comfortable commute until he finds a buyer.
