Pretty much done all I can do now.... need a break from the weather, but I might drop the tranny in the other car this weekend regaurdless. I'll wait till spring to convert the Power windows, to manual from the Silver car.

It's been a while since i've sat behind the wheel of a rx7, and I must say it feels damn good.

So the car needs new ball joints, front calipers, tie rod ends, suspension front and back, and various mounts welded in, this car sucks.

R6?

Sure, on the highway

bikes may accellerate fine but 600s run out of steam above 200

Nismo might have a problem with one but I don't think I would

Kevin, wtf are you buying more POS cars for?

Actually your list doesn't sound that bad. Calipers are pretty available and not too expensive. Good time to install aftermarket suspension. Tierod ends and balljoints are cheap, and new ones make a car feel fantastic.

Define "various mounts" I thought it was just the oil cooler one? And that bolts to the car? I even have an extra one if you wanted it.

I got this car because it has less rust issues, the battery leaked I guess, and it rusted a nice big hole in it. And because the price was right

Finished up suspension front brakes, and did some more wiring, not too long now, but some of the tags that I used fell off when I pulled it through the firewall, and some connectors broke, so it could be a long time, stupid old brittle wiring harnesses.

Cars not sitting as low as I would like, should get lower once it settles with some driving.

Your on, and if I don't beat you, I have a buddy with an R1 just itching to test a wankel . On a side note I do miss her and the POS was not bought for very much, and that POS will turn out to be a nice Rx7 thanks, I have faith in Mr.Nismo

Oh yeah good job Kev, I'm very impressed with the time and work you are putting into her. I can't wait till you get her going. It still needs that E-fan in there to clean her up a bit though so we should set it up

LOL I may take you up on that, but right now the ignition isn't getting power, or I'm sure it would be running .

On a side note this year my head lights might go down with the motor and none of this up all the time crap, but they are out of sequence. Kinda sucks, specially since electrical is not my forte.

Got the bastard running tonight, at 5pm, but I think the injectors might be screwed, damn electrical.

That looks remarkably good, at least in those photos and the ones you sent me. But pictures can lie!

Maybe I will spraybomb my replacement hood...
