Come prepared for a mixed bag of weather people. Just looked at the weather network. We're looking at anything from sunshine to thunderstorms.... Hopefully the weather will turn out nice.

Crap, I don't think I will be able to make it and I have a ton of stuff people may want. When I pulled of the highway today a bunch of tranny fluid ran out of my transmission and when I went to pull away it was shuddering between gears. I called a tranny shop and he joked that I must have just cleared 160 K in my Explorer. Its going in Monday. Now I could bring the F250, but the fuel cost will exceed any returns from selling the stuff, LOL.
List of stuff I was going to bring;
Set of Speed WC Toyo T1S tires 235x40x17 (still street legal, but are stones) - $10 a tire
A number of ecu's mostly S4 N/A, but some S4 TII units and some S5 N/A - $10 each
Good S4 6 Port end plates - $25 each
S4 TII gauge pod showing some ungodly low km's, I think 89,000 kms - $20
Bunch of S4 N/A internal motor pieces - really really cheap, like free to a good home
Lightened S4 N/A Flywheel - $50
4 puck Clutch set up for same - $40
About 6 S4 and S5 N/A and TII throttle bodies (complete) - $10 each
S5 N/A UIM and LIM set, needs to be faced - $10
S4 TII Transmission Unknown condition, but it looks good - $25
S4 TII Driveshaft - $20
And a bunch of my used race pieces that are just taking up room in my garage like race pads, window nets, ducting, gauges, etc.....
Just a real pain. I will still try to make it out, but if anybody is interested in the stuff, p.m. me and maybe you could stop by on your way back to Toronto if you want something. Sorta like an RX7 Garage Sale.
I really wanted to make it out, but unless something magical happens, I won't make it.
Have fun
Eric

I would've made it, unfortunately I don't have too many parts left over from the 7. I've got a few parts from the Miata. But I doubt that's something people are looking for.
Also I gotta help my folks all day tomorrow at home...
Too bad it wasn't for Sun....

Cheesecake is ready
The cheesecake will be there rain or shine. Free and first come, first serve. All I need is a table to serve it at.
JDK - first dibs to you, as promised (probably noon-ish). I am guessing you will be there all day.
Cherry.

Thanks Joe for the food and the great location (although it wasn't tom tom friendly). Next time I'll remember the intersection of hwy 20 and hwy 3.
It was slightly disappointing all the guys that said they were coming out AND listed parts but did not show up Hopefully if there is a next one more commitment could be shown...
The weather was great, the food was great and it was a great event overall. Good to meet new people and other fb fans (and possible connections to pass all my stock parts on to).
Thanks again Joe and Bryon for organizing this, I had a great time!

Indeed, the turnout was not what I was expecting, but all in all it was still a good day. The weather was great, the food was good, and parts changed hands. Thanks to all the people who did make the journey there. I hope it was worth while and possibly worth the effort to put another one together sometime in the future. Thanks again Joe for giving us a location for this. The hospitality that you and your family showed was awesome and greatly appreciated.

Yeah no prob guys thanks for coming by! Was a good time.
We'll try to make this an annual thing. I can't garuntee you that I'll have such a choice selection of speed parts at rock bottom prices next year though, took the better part of a decade to buy, use, remove and sell those ones
Good times!

I don't get out to as many rx7 events as I'd like to but I'm glad I went and met some great people.
Joe, thanks again to you and your family for your hospitality and the effort in hosting the event. Buggy, thanks for organizing. I've organized other events and I realize it takes a lot of effort.

I had a great time! Lot's of sun, good conversation, great food and I spent some cash on something that I've been looking for, for a long time. Thanks Bryon for organizing this and thanks Joe for hosting and a big thanks goes to Joe's parents for providing the food and drink. It went a long way towards curing the hangover!
Too bad more people didn't show up. I was hoping to see more people and parts. It was also my one opportunity to hand out the BCM brochures.
