Still flooding
My engine is still flooding. It's not as bad as before, but now the leading plugs get wet with fuel (there not soaked AND no i'm giving it gas when i start it). So i'm guessing it's those two seals and o-ring that are causing the problem. Any advice on further steps ?

Well, if it's only fuel and not coolant, then you might wanna make sure your getting spark.
I'd come check it out tonight after work but I have no clue where you live and I'm also not gonna take the bus
You know your getting fuel so...
Take the leading plug wires off, use some known working plugs and ground them to the engine or chassis. Then get a friend to turn the engine over and see if you get a strong spark.
