Hey, I Used to live in north edmonton, have a 93 fd greenish blue, Im always out tearing it up, just love to cruise, my rex has a big POwerd by Rotary sticker on the back window, if anyone wants to just go cruise or whatever send me a msg, im always in ed and love to drive my car...

I'd say turbo the n/a but get 3mm apex seals, it'll help keep it reliable after you've Turbo'd it, well more reliable than if you didn't.
And the fc s5 motor has higher comp rotors than the s4. So you'll be running 9.11 comp as opposed to 9.00 comp before boost.

Just so you Edmonton guys know..... The Edmonton Rx-7 Car Club has been around for decades. We are a registered non-profit organization, and in the past we have organized 'fun' Auto-X events (these were our bread and butter over the last couple of years), Friday night meets and cruises during the summer, BBQ's, etc.
Our membership has severely declined in recent years, despite the large number of Rx-7's in the area and the high influx of RHD FD's. Most of this is due to our core members having lives that take them away from the club (moving/starting families/work schedules) and not having someone else step up to fill the positions.
We do have a website/blog where we post the events that we do have:

We also have a local 'forum', which is the easiest way to communicate with members:
