Don't bother with courrier companies like UPS or Fedex. An engine is too big for that to be economically intellegent.
Look into freight companies. They will cost a fraction of what a courrier will charge - only drawback is it may take longer. Call some companies and see who ships to Hawaii: Meyers or Cabano Kingsway would be a good place to start.
The motor will have to be strapped to a pallette (2'X2' works well) and they wont ship to/from a residential address. That means you have to have it shipped to/from a place with a loading dock, or you take it to - and pick it up from one of their bases in your city. It's not as hard as you think!
