RX owners Worst Nightmare(Regina crew please read)
This weekend (May 25-27) my old Rx-7 was stolen out of the SGI compound. this here was the end result which if it happened to anyone on this forum, im sure it would almost bring you to tears, which i almost cried when i saw what happened. I would like to know of any information about the car and when are where it was seen, with who driving it. now on the the horrific result.
THese pictures was the before car, which have been posted on the forums many times before.
Endless time and effort was put into this car, about 2 months ago it was in an accident and was sitting in the SGI compound waiting for me to pick it up and get the authorized work done on it. so any information would be amazing. please just leave a post or send me a private message cause i wanna catch these douchebags who think its a 'good time' to destroy such an amazing car.
hope i have some luck, This happened in the North End of Regina on Friday May 25th. Just in the North Field backing Lakeridge. Thank alot guys cause the community on these forums is amazing and i know ill be bound to get some answers.

MY cunning detective mind tells me that whoever did do it, likes Trailer Park Boys, or at least saw teh Trailer Park Boys movie recently.
were tehere other cars that could have been stole over yours? were they easier or harder to break into?
could this be personal?

Oh North-West kids. Never was too fond of them.. they think the most childish things are funny, and this is no exception. That's horrible how it went down.. and I'll see if I can find anything out... I have eyes and ears in both Knoll and Riffel.

As for importing, I used jdmcars.ca with much statisfaction, also although I didn't get an FD, I'd recommend them as an agent to do the legwork.

^^This is a pretty old thread - so if any "justice", in the form of the criminal justice system, was metted out, chances are the puke responsible has already served the few weeks of state-provided meals and entertainment that is the likely "consequence" for his actions. Now, justice would be if the little SOB was shipped off to a labour camp in the bush to earn back the value of the damage/loss he caused - after paying the cost of his room, board, guards, and related expenses. Then, the perp might have a concept of what it means to acquire anything of worth, including his own livelihood. But that's not a bloody likely outcome as long as our courts, and legal system, and welfare system treat criminals as victims of their environments and not human beings who can make positive or negative choices with their lives, and live with the consequences.
That works too

I know this is way late, but I feel for you. The same thing happened to my first FB. I just about cried, even if the little bastards ever get caught it'll just be a little slap on the wrist anyways.

bleh, i cant see how people can think this is fun. i bet they were all hopped up on the reefer! i heard it makes you do crazy things!
seriously though, if i got wind of who did that to MY car, i would be going to there house with a baseball bat, and i'd take a "joyride" on their kneecaps.
this sort of bullshit is 100% intolerable. hope your insurrance company compensates you!

OMFG, I dont care what anyone says, if I caught anyone who I knew had done this. To my car, or someone elses 7, there would be HELL to pay. Barbed wire baseball bat, and a sawn off 12 gauge.... The baseball bat would be utilized to cause as much pain as possible, then I would blow their damn kee caps off.
I hate people that have NO respect for other peoples ****... Some people just dont deserve to be on this earth I swear....
Sorry about the rant, I probably wouldnt actually do any of that.... But I can have dreams cant I!??
What I would actually do, is figure out who did it, and slash there tires randomly throughout the next year or five... Maybe occasionally break a window... Until I felt they had paid their debt.... I mean tires arent cheap, and being unable to get to work, or school is not fun...

I can feel with you
July of 2007 i forgot to deadbolt the shop door and it just so happened that theives decided to raid our shop that night. I lost a motorcycle i had built and my sisters car a 97 Grand Prix GTP one of those supercharged ones. i felt horrible that my sisters car had gotten stolen probably because of my mistake. I now own a 85 GSL-SE that i have spent countless hours repairing and transfering parts from the parts car to this one. I would hate to have it stolen and end up like yours or like so many others around where i live, burnt. now i dont want to be racsit around her but unfortuneately it is true. we live in manitoba where native reserves are plentyful and if someone wants to join a native gang they steal a car and burn it as initiation. Now i am a friend with a few natives one of which is my best friend but it is so hard for me to see other natives the same way i see my friend because of what they do, the life they choose and i apologize to any natives that are on this forum. I dont hate you but i hate what some do to our prides and joys.
