It was actually me who did site design and pretty much all writing on the site. We appologize if anyone who should have been mentioned, wasn't.
Stay tuned for our glossary, and customers pages coming soon.

Please allow me to commend you for your intitiative, your youth may scare of some clients though. Good luck and always remember that what you do to fix a bad situation is of far greater value than any dollar saved by being able to pass blame. If it's just past warranty, or your customer drove like and idiot, accept and admit you screwed up without a fight, eat the cost and in the long run you'll build a long list of faithful clientelle! As business grows you may be able to be selective with whom you accept as clients (learn to do away with the WTF guys who you can never please and who can't wait to bash) and have true and profitable success. Oooooooooooh if I could be young again with the knowledge and life experience I have now, I'd make a lot of money, have nice cars and lay all the pretty girls.

Well first of all...yes I am quite young.
Second of all, should that make any difference?
I have been around RX-7's and rotary engines my whole life...its all I know!
I definatly do not consider myself an expert, I'm learning things everyday. But I definatly know more than the average Joe. (lol no pun intended)
Trust me, I've seen first hand how passing blame onto something else can hurt a business. It is much better to just take a hit on a job and move on.
Oh and I have already come across a few people who don't think someone my age should be doing what I'm doing.....but I dont need their business anyways.

i support Joe and don't think age should really be an issue; sure experience is always great but it's not necessarily related to age.
being young i guess it's expected i take this viewpoint, but it's also no surprise that those saying otherwise are usually older.

Just think how knowledgeable Joe will be when he's 30! Better to start young, better then a 30yo starting now, sure he maybe a quick study, but there still is no substitute for experiance. Younger people seem to be more motivated, to finish a set task.

Doing what you're doing at your age shows confidence and determination, I think that's a great strength, you'll go somewhere, and I think everyone should be supportive...

I think for those who believe that youth is a direct link to inexperience or lack of knowledge are just plain close minded. Wisdom comes at many ages, perhaps some people aren’t yet wise enough to realize that :p hehehe. I think it’s wicked your starting up your own shop, ignore everyone who says otherwise.
On a more up beat note, I love the site. The ceramic housing coatings advertised through being a dealer for JHB Performance has peaked my interest . Does anyone know where I could get more info on them? Also, do you plan to entertain the idea of shipping engines down the road… say to Alberta maybe? :p heheh (I imagine you’ll start with local work first)

PS: The glossary page doesn’t load for me
