Just looking for some insight into what seat's you guys have been using for serious autocross or track events. While I would love to shell out some big money for a seat I just don't have it but need something to keep my *** from sliding around when I'm out hunting cones. I'm not going to cheap out completely but something in the sub $350 range that is readily available and bolts in (relatively) easily into an FB. I need something safe so I am not willing to go with cheap knockoffs from Taiwan. I know this narrows my options. Preferably with a slot to accomodate a 5-point harness. Where did you get it, how was the fit and finish, and is it keeping you in place? Also for the FB racing guys, any ideas where to get a decent harness bar? Southern Ontario region is prefered, as I hate having things shipped and would like to be able to pick it up. Shopping around at the moment, not commited to buy anything yet.

Not sure if they'll work that easily, but Sparco Sprints are cheap, light weight, hold well, and from what I've read are pretty comfy for day to day driving.
