It was a great meet to start off the season!
Great to see some old friends and meeting some new ones.
I was beginning to wonder if the meet would become "official". Too bad it had to happen to Kris with his pimpin RX-8.
Lucky enough our JDM friend had a helping hand. I can just picture the stance of that car. Massive wheel on the left and a little donut on the right.
I wonder how much that rim is going for?
Big thanks go out to R.P.M. for hosting the event at their shop. The RX-8's had alot of stuff to install. Business is good from the looks of things!
A huge thanks go out to our pro Chef! Without him nobody would have gotten fed. He had to work with some crude food (to his standards that is) but he pulled it off!!
Looks like the Niagara cruise will be our next big cruise.
Can't wait!!
Lates,
P.S. Hevnsnt, you the man!!! I can't thank you enough!

That was a nice meet on Saturday. We came at around 3ish. I was there with my buddy in his white civic. That was my 1st time at RPM, great place! It was nice to meet all of you for the first time. Hopefully next time I'll be able to take my FC!

I ll second that, 1st time at RPM nice to meet AARON CAKE again and talk to other rotary freaks (not that I was overloaded at DGRR) Glad to see another FC pull in so I could leave (have to keep up the FC presence) We could use more "meets" like this.

its was a great day for me too , while everyone was getting their performance upgrades , I was a little distracted getting some more important things done on the '79 .
A new reisistor under the dash for the blower speeds ( from no speed to four speed ) and the joys of a new washer pump that works and a bottle that doesn't leak to see where I'm going . Yes , I drive the '79 in the rain.
here a bunch of pics i took at about noon and about 2 pm . I didn't get everyone . Nice to talk to a few of you . A great 8's !!!!

Great meet! Thanks to everyone at RPM for hosting us all. Special thanks from me for the strut mount I so desperately needed.
Hopefully this will become a regular occurrence...

Hey guys, I'm glad everyone enjoyed the great day we had! Excellent weather for a cruise too!
Next meet we have...can I just stand around and talk instead of you guys putting me to work all day?
Jeff13B-REW, the 616 is mine. Its tough in some spots, but its pretty good for a 36 year old car with 31,000 original miles on it!

Thanks for the info...and good luck with the new muffler. I'll be ordering mine soon as well. Take before and after video if you can and post to the forum (in another thread of course. )
