Check ALL the fuses in the fuse box, as well as the main fuses. If you hooked up the booster leads wrong, you can do a heck of a lot of damage pretty much instantly.

Aren't you gonna tell us what was wrong in the end?
It would be helpful to document it here.

Lol its just annoying how everyone constantly says that. Oh I need a mechanic who knows rotaries..no you don't. Its a car. Everything is similar just different ways of doing it.
And the rotary has to be the simplest engine out there, its really nothing to scratch your head about.

Anyway end rant! Btw guys I know some of you are against dealerships and what not. Bht where else are you gonna find technicians specially trained to work on your vehicle? You know there still are honest technicians.

Very true. A rx7 is still just a car. Anyone with mechanical skill/training and access to information such as repair manuals and wiring diagrams can fix them.

More questions:
My tires are round at the top and flat on the bottom..can I fix this?

Can I convert to 4 lug wheels if I just take one nut off each corner of my 5 lug setup?

If I mix up housings and put the rear housing at the front and the front housing at the rear, will the Car go faster in Reverse?

Can I make the car a 4 speed transmission by using a marker and blacken out the 5 on the stick shift ****?

If it's an "automatic" transmission then why do I have to use a gear selector to Put it in gear?

Are rear brake used only when you go in reverse and front brakes used when you need to stop when going forward?

Do these pants make my *** look fat?
