Meeting of the Mazdas (MOM) in Toronto Aug 20th!!!!

Well, that depends on how you are trying to promote these events.
If it is supposed to be an Ontario-wide event, then you need to make certain allowances. If it is just about the GTA guys, then that is ok, too. It will just be GTA guys.

Of course they are, but they are promoting it more for the locals rather then the "out of towners". Basically to get ther at the 10am without delays we would have to spend the night before down there.

At 2pm work related things are unimportant.
I just think that giving an ultimatum like be there at 10am or else is immature, and uncalled for, (yeah, yeah I'm saying this), and 120 spaces can ruin the day for people if they don't see other people if they show up late. Like the GTA meet where the young guy in the cast showed up to pick something up, and just turned around the other way.
Not to mention the lack of direction when people showed up, not just hey park where ever, I don't think I'm the only one that would like to see the generations all parked together, it's not a huge deal, but the little things are what make thnigs more enjoyable.

Whoa, I think everyone Is jumping the gun here.
With this being an Interprovincial meet this means that all Is welcome. I trust that this will be a meet that will have everyone who shows up gain entrance through the gates w/o any complications.
Let's wait while revisions are made so one can have a better understanding as to what exactly Is going on.

Not really jumping the gun here, stating my over opinionated opinion, if you had to get up at 6am to be at a meet and drive in Shitty city Traffic and get home around 8pm and go to work at 7 the next morning see much of a good time it is. Sure we (I) don't have to go, but what fun would it be sitting at home when an event such as this is taking place?

Do you really think this Is going to happen? With the above post, with no regard to the quote below, discredits the organizers meet before it even takes place. Don't you think? I'm not siding with no one but I do believe a little faith should be given Kevin.
Besides, with what little I can do - do you really think I would have you turned down at the gates? I look forward to meeting you.

Why would I be afraid that you would turn me down at the gates? Not like you have the power to do so, as far as I know you are not affiliated with the rxclub.
As for having faith, I have that, but as the club thats putting the meet on, should we not have the most amount of spaces alloted? That way we can show of the size off the club? Seems stupid to scatter cars, because that makes the amount of that car seem lessened.
AS STATED I'M STATING MY OPINION, WE WERE ASKED TO POST OUR OPINIONS.

I'm refering to If you are to be turned down on account of not showing up on time (I'm humouring your assumption). My post was not mean't to be taken out of context Kevin.
On a cheery note I bought a 7 piece metric swivel ratchet wrench set for $69 bucks as part of a promo deal from Canadian Tire today! ;0

Whoa, chill guys.
You both have your points. No worries, we will accomodate everyone. Parking arrangements will be revised also. This is all based on feedback so everyone opinion is welcome.
As far as afiliation with the RX Club; the RX Club has always been an open club. There is no afiliation or ownership. This means everyone is afiliated with the club if they choose to be.

Kind of hard to respect someone opinion, when they haven't been to a meet yet.

Sit tight champ, you are not even ready for a high chair yet. You demonstrate this with almost every post. I've been going to these meets while you were still dragging your backpack to school. Do you really want to start going there? I've tried to retain my diplomacy here with you and I can only expect that you do the same.

I might be there. Depends really on weather or not my car is running and presentable. So far its not looking like its going to be on the road for yet another summer. Really sucks because I was really looking forward to driving it this summer and attending meets like this. If all goes well I think I'll be lucky to get it on the road by mid July.
