AB Mazda in the mountains?

since no one has put any effort in this year i think i will myself.
I haven't seen any meets at all this year and i'm kinda confused. I see a lot of people with out and about but no meets. plus i just got finished with some huge upgrades to my car.
I'm thinking august 30th would be a good date to start with. perhaps the same as last year? meet at the C-tire in cochrane, proceed to ghost lake and a possible cruise toward canmore.

Keeping family etc in mind makes the difference between 10+ cars showing vs 4 cars showing.

Lets put Aug 29 in stone and add the details. Also, need to inform Funky Budda (previous organizer) on the protege forum and post on the rx8 forum. Details should be complete by Aug 22, "then" people can post their attendance.

I work every weekend and my rotary's under construction but it would be great to see a few of the local 7's cruising the mountains. I highly recommend the road from the trans canada hwy to sunshine ski village. It's fresh blacktop and super twistie with great views. If anyone's interested in coming out to Storm Mountain Lodge for lunch let me know and i'll work a discount.

I totally forgot. I been a million times super busy.

I went to look at an FD today I was thinking of buying, but it wasnt worth what he was asking, and he was convinced it was (and wouldn't budge).

I also skipped as I saw no activity in the thread. I actually did end up going to peter's that night in the truck though!
If a cruise is planned a few weeks in advance I will make sure to book the day off so I can attend.
