looking for some one in calgary to tune my stamd alone fuel management system... preferably someone that is familiar with the apexi power FC, i also have the commander if that helps

Beats me, I've been eager to throw my FC or MX-5 on there for awhile now. $100 an hour isnt exactly appealing alone.

 

Do You have the datalogit yet? It is much easier to tune the car with a Datalogit and a wideband. You start with a base map for Your mods and then You will start to tune Your AFR`S untill they look good. After You get the fuel done then You can mess a bit with timing on the dyno finding where Your peak torque is. If You try to tune the PFC without the Datalogit and a good wideband you are tuning in the dark. Adam at RX7 Specialties has a datalogit I think.
