There was a thread, once upon a time....
But we got busy with SRTA and the project got completely derailed and neglected. Frequent SRTA racers will notice the grey FD there occasionally, doing a couple of laps.
Now that I can catch a breath again, I'm fulfilling my dream of building my own race car. Maybe when I can commit a little more time to the project, I will revive the thread.
Thanks Charles!

Personally I don't have any projects. At least not at your level. That's a serious cage you got.
My car has remained, and will remain, a street vehicle.
I'll see about getting a decent pic. My bro took some for his company. Gotta ask him to pass some over so I can post them.
Looks like a clean red FD.

Thanks Howi.
I try to keep her in as new condition as I can. I think I'm doing alright after 16yrs of ownership.
If I start to list everything the car has been through, your thread will get severely derailed.
Lets just say, I'm very happy with the way she runs. I've got some minor tuning to take care of but the car is done receiving it's major share of upgrades.
Here's another one that was taken last year just before the end of the season:
(crappy iPhone pic. No where near as nice as some of the DSLR versions that came out from my friends camera)

Come on now, lets not jump to redneck conclusions.
You know I would never do that. If I wanted an ls1 equipped car I would just go out and pick up a vette. I would never betray the R in RX7.
Besides, we all know if I wanted a v8 car, there would only be 1 manufacturer I would consider. Ok, maybe 2. That twin turbo v8 in the McLaren looks mighty tempting.

I'd like a Ferrari 288 GTO, while we're asking... your car looks great!

I'm working full time in LA, but when I return home, I'm still in Mississauga.
I remember just running into each other at Timmy's. Good old times....
I'll be back around SRTA #2. Hopefully we'll catch each other some time this summer!

If they knew for sure it'll work, they would have called it Rotary 7, or R7.
But because they called it RX7 we have the right to make things better.
