Frank, why don't you post a picture of the actual engine...you know, so that people aren't thinking we are just all looking at each other with our pants down. because we weren't.

Actually, that was Little Italian guy style, there was 5 of us in a 6X4 shed with a 6 foot high roof building an engine. Actually 3 of us were holding the light while nik made sure Frank didnt put anything in backwards, lol.

Looks like they're praying to some Rotary God for either Divine Inspiration or Divine Intervention.

Hmm....Looks interesting...errr...I mean the actual work part!
Just wondering if you did all your dissassembly / re-assembly without an engine stand?
Secondly, what are the chances of geting some of the Ottawa expereinced rotary guys down to Cambridge to help out with a rebuild this winter....hmmm..ok I think I got the answer, no need to drop the F bomb.
Looks good! I will be itnerested to hear how well it runs.

Porting went well. Dave (aka rx_prez) and I ported both our engines during a weekend in november. We used the mazdatrix porting templates for both intake and exhaust. I used the template then made the port a little larger, probably something close to an REW or RE. Never seen one before so i'm just going on assumtion. I just matched the template to the final port to carry it over to the other side ports can be seen at www.cardomain.com/id/rxciting Go to page 4

What you and your friend experimented with then is not something i'm really interested. But i have nothing against you guys or your sexual orientations

LOL not sure what rotary experts your talking about. I have yet to meet any. Unless your talking about dead drunken dough . But if you wanted to organize a meet and supply beer and pizza i'm sure a few of us might be interested. And i'm interested to hear how it runs as well

If anyone can host a 5mb video i have the first 6 pulses the motor put out on video. Plus the local critic commentary.

Well dinning room table but yea. Warms my heart too .

**UPDATE** Installed mazdaspeed 3 puck sprung disk and pressure plate yesterday and mated tranny to engine and bolted everything up with the help of Wandelingbeer aka Taylor.

Then today threw the engine on the hoist and bolted up oilpan. Dropped it all into the car with the help if eVil, nfs05 and wankelingbeer. Now all i have left is everything else!

Hopefully i can get the Manifold and WG plumbing finished this weekend and start on the downpipes.

Tonight, I'll sacrifice a piston to the rotary gods for the swift engine install and good help. Then pray for better weather!! Oh and before i forget if you could all pray that the gods to smite my neighbours it would be greatly appreciated. The damned nosey bastards.
