Any early birds out there. I'm going to leave the Winston Churchill/401 area at about 9 a.m.

It would be cool to get a few cars together to cruise down the 401.

If anyone is interested we could meet in the Home Depot parking lot just south of the 401 on Winston Churchill @ 9 a.m.

I will be there in my red SE, all waxed and shiny!

Just a note, I have been to the lot and if the number of cars that say their coming do show, by 10am you will be waiting a while to get in.

 

I live dundas/Mavis area, so I might be able to Cruise up with you in my -SE aswell... The only real issue at the moment is my complete upper and lower intake are apart in search of an Insane Vacum Leak.... But Hopefully that will be done tommrow. I'll let you know once the car is running!

 

I have lived here for 5 years and shop at the Home Depot all the time. I have never waited to get in the lot. The lot accross the street with Walmart and Rona is a bitch. Maybe that is the lot you are thinking of.

He means the lot where the event is held. We are anticipating 200+ vehicles trying to enter the park at the same time.

Where is Winston Churchill?

I'm at bayview and steeles. if anyone is going by that area or somewhere close i'd love to tag along. I wouldn't mind driving out of my way to meet up before going back to richmond hill...as long as its not TOO far.

Winston Churchill is out past the airport. I would like to cruise with another first gen. I'm going to drive along the 401. I could meet you along the way. I will be leaving my house at 8:30.

Hamilton/Niagara crew. Are you guys using the QEW/427 or are you coming accross the 401? Just wondering.

Ok, I've got an Idea.

I see the Niagara group is going to be at hwy 20 and the qew at about 9:15. I live near the 403 in Mississauga. Please see the attached map. I have marked the map with 4 points, A, B, C and D.

A is Winston Churchill and the 403, that is where I could join up.
B is 403 and 401 in case anyone is coming from London, Cambridge etc.
C is 401 and Yonge, for those living downtown
D is our destination

How does this sound, if the Niagara group leaves hwy 20 at about 9:30, I could meet up with you guys at say 10 on the 403 by Winston Churchill ( I will sit on the on ramp).

We would then be going by the 403/401 about 10 mins later, and passing yonge st at about 10:15.

Please see the attached map and let me know what you guys think of this idea and the times.

Lets's get as many RX-7's together and make a grand entrance.

Hmm...I can meet you at the Shell station at yorkmills and yonge..or..the Green P Parking is probably easier, especially if more guys are going to come. It's just south of yorkmills on yonge (left hand side). Eastbound 401 gets off going south so it's just up ahead.

Id love to join up with you guys along the way. I'm only down the street from richmond green (the meet location), but i wouldn't mind going out of my way a little. Are you going to come straight up yonge st or head back to the highway aftrer you meet at the shell station?

I'm at Bayview and Steeles. I guess yorkmills isn't going to work out but do you want to meet me at the Longos at Bayview and Lauraleaf? A big cruise would have been awesome, but even just the two of us would be cool. I don't know how early you want to leave but maybe around 9:15-9:30?
