Question Calgary : Porting S5 Wastegate....

I'm getting a good condition S5 turbo in about a week or so and was wondering if any of you knew anyone who could port it to approx 35mm or a little more....

thanx!...

how come you don't try? if you are scrapin your old turbo, you could practice on that one first. i have used carbide tips before for other things, and they do have quite a bit of enrtia, might be something to think about. you can rent an electiric die grinder, but youll prolly have to pay for bits regardless who does it. im pretty sure they wear enough doin the one job that someone would want compensation for it/them.

good luck!

ps, if you do have the old turbo to scrap, i would love the experience to practice, plus id bring the tools, so you could save there. also if i do a **** job on the old turbo, you can tell me to not touch the good turbo, just a thought i had.
