I know a couple of Rx7 Owners Work at Partsource on Bank(613-260-7222)..ask for either Frank,Bruno,or Dave...they may be able to give you a place that works on your FD..But Honestly, don't get your Hopes up.Most of the Lads in the area,do their own work on their Cars,as It's less costly and "more fun".

ya, definitely know Frank, Bruno, and Dave at part source, helped me out plenty with some questions I had with my 2nd gen, they're awesome.. I just need to get my springs put in this spring, I don't have a spring compressor, what do you think? thanks again in advance.

For Springs, you definilty dont need a RX7 shop.
Go to any good mechanic shop ( your usual shop can do it if you have one ). and give them springs, and tell them to install and tell you if you need to replace any bushings while there down there.

You can rent a spring compressor from Canadian Tire for free (you give a deposit and get it back when you return it). Pretty easy job. You should really change the rubber boots/bump stops when you change springs or you'll most likely have ride height problems... they are always shot by now anyways. Also, if you bought lowering springs, you'll only need the compressor to remove the springs... you'll be able to put the new ones back on without compressing them.
I look forward to seeing another FD owner in town

Here's a how-to:

Spend some time searching the 3rd gen forum and you'll find out everything you need to know about modifying or just replacing your suspension.
It's Montego Blue. There's a few of us around... I'll be leaving the country soon though
