I would like to send out a big thanks to Joe(classicauto) for putting a ton of time and money into arranging and picking Brian up in Buffalo, transporting him to Toronto, spending the weekend getting people thought the tuning and returning him to Buffalo for his fight home.
Also a to Brian (BDC) for putting up with the Canucks, doing a outstanding job trouble shooting problems, being meticulous on every car with your tuning....see ya next year, AH!

Dragonwerks Dyno Services - Thanks to all
All
Just wanted to say thanks to all of you who came out and made this a successful event. Especially to Joe for all of his work on the organization.
We worked on 15 cars, did 240 pulls over about 60 hours across 6 days.
From watching Brian work, he is very thorough and careful. He certainly has deep experience with the cars and could usually diagnose a problem immediately. He gave everyone a clear analysis of their install and hints to get the most from their cars. He produces a safe tune that should keep those engines alive on the street for a long time. I think most people drove away with a smile on their face.
Pls let me know if anyone wants their dyno sheet or data files or has any questions.
-Jo

What a fun trip! I'm wiped out. Just got home. Still have 47 packets of the 48 from my box of Canadian KitKat's. Thanks for the time and the work, guys. PM me for anything or shoot me an email bdc@bdcmotorsports.com. I'm wiped out. Time for bed.
Here's the pictures, btw:

Thanks for the thank you's guys!
I wanna toss some back at Jim for housing our tuner for the majority of the days, Ian for takign Brian in twice, Jo for his hospitality, Brian for his sharp ears and good ideas, and everyone who showed up to make this happen!
I hope everyone got what they were after, I know some guys only recieved partial tunes due to issues with the car (I'm one of them) but what can you do, sometimes its just the way it goes.
All in all, I think this was a well excecuted session with happy faces all around. It was great spending the time I could at the dyno - very fun.
Take care!!

Dyno Readings
I have heard some off-forum chatter about the accuracy of the dyno readings during the week. So, here is the story:
Yes there was a problem. On Friday evening Jim and I discussed the results from the day and we both agreed that they seemed low. Unable to get hold of Mustang support, I looked through the dyno settings and made an adjustment to the calibration. We ran the dyno with this setting through Monday.
On Monday evening, I went through all the settings with Mustang support and found one factory setting that was incorrect. On Tuesday morning, I re-ran one of the cars and noted the difference. However, for the sake of consistency, I returned the settings to the Friday evening setting, so everyone would be on a comparable basis for this session. Since Brian seemed unconcerned about absolute numbers, this seemed to be a reasonable approach.
The dyno is now, of course, set according to the Mustang recommendations. One of the fellows took his car to a nearby Dynojet operator to check his car and generously shared the results with me. See the attached dyno sheet. This shows the usual 5 – 10% higher numbers on the Dynojet and illustrates that our dyno is now calibrated correctly.
The bottom line:
Anyone who ran their car during the sessions is welcome to come by and do a couple of runs to get correct numbers at no charge. Just give me a call to set up at time.

I might take you up on that ... now that I need my new engine retuned a bit more anyways, but i have to finish breaking it in.
Out of curiosity, do you know roughly by how much it was off during our session? 20-25%?

I'd be up for this considering i have people thinking my dyno was made on photoshop because i lost the original copy. Plus i'd like to get a video with prettier numbers and now that i have a working bov i wont be afraid to hurt my turbo. Thanks guys i really appreciate your honesty.

If you guys are serious about it post a new thread. There might be others in interest that haven't look at this thread?
I'm renting the dyno for another full day myself. Going to turn the boost up from 18-19psi to 25 psi!!! Just have to wait for the autronic 500R.

I don't think this is was Jo had in mind. Just an easy get on the dyno and get new accurate numbers nothing more. This is allow for better timing too (no body interfering with anyone else kinda deal).

Well, I'd never let a car off the dyno with just one pull - not a good practice. But, yes, just a quick session to confirm numbers.
