Air Pump Question

i said the bolts are broke off in the pump and block i cant just replace them i need to get them out first, but the car is running fine now without the pump hooked up so later on i'll just remove the whole pump and all that crap,but thanx anyway

You have a 1990 FC.
If you are non-turbo, your aux port and VDI won't work and car will become EXTREMELY slow and run like manure. ACV might get caked with carbon. Cat will get burnt out and develop a nasty smell. Won't pass emissions.
If you have a turbo, you can strip the airpump/acv, vac lines out. But you won't pass emissions either.
With the bolts broken, you can an "easyout" or drill the bolts out. Then re tap the treads.
